NFS World - Caterham R500 Superlight Review

First thing first, the car comes with:

- Norset and Richter tuned parts, giving it an overall HAT rating of 800 (815 888 697) from its stock rating of 731 (692 864 638)
- two-star usual set of skill mods

The Review:

Top speed wise, It only does 330 km/h (204 mph) with the parts it comes with. It's quite frankly-- low for an S class car that it's not advisable to take it in highway tracks, as it will end up getting beaten by players in Cinques and Aventadors.

Acceleration wise, THIS THING IS FAST. like, really fast. Its acceleration has a lot of torque and is on par with the Cinque. It also comes with cosmic nos if you might ask.

Handling wise, this thing is a serious go-kart. It turns really well although it has a lot of oversteer and will spin out very easily. Thanks, torque! On the bright side, its handling makes it one of the best cars for technical tracks and its torque helps after a corner.

Price wise, At 6,900 SB, this is, well frankly, surprisingly cheap for an S class car. No need for any more explanation.

Aftermarket Details:

I don't like bodykit to be honest, it's quite ugly IMO. But I'm not going to stop you if you are installing it though. But I gotta warn you that 3,450 SB for a bodykit is NOT cheap.

Other Notes:

The Caterham Superlight is quite possibly the first super-lightweight sports car (the other cars of the kind featured in NFS series are the Ariel Atom 500 and BAC Mono) in NFS World, and no doubt, it's very fast in terms of acceleration.

The car is kind of like the Lotus Elise and Porsche 914-6 GT in terms of weight. Just like these two, this car is very light and thus, one of the worst cars for pursuits. Itwill get pushed by cops very easily and stands no chance against Rhinos either if you run up getting the misfortune of hitting one. Oh, and the usual annoying traffic as well.

It's also worth noting this is the first non-special (or base) edition car to come with two-star skill mods.

I hope you'll enjoy reading this as much as much as I do. Critiques & comments are always appreciated!
